An initial consultation provides an hour of architectural programming and an introduction to residential design and construction to demystify the process and to provide a path forward for making your home truly an expression of yourself.

Further exploration in the form of schematic design can be pursued if desired for an additional fee, resulting in an esquisse, a sketch plan or perspective.

For those desiring to move forward into the development of design and eventual construction, these fees can be applied to full-service architectural fees.
